4. How much does it cost?Pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees:
• Errands from £10–£15 (30 mins)
• Standard errands £20–£25 (30–60 mins)
• Multi-shop runs £20–£30
• Labour/cleaning £50–£70 per hour
• VIP late-night surcharge +£5
• Travel £3–£10 depending on location
💳 Payments: Cash friendly or bank transfer (5% admin fee applies to transfers).
5. How do I pay?
• Cash on delivery (most popular).
• Bank transfer (incurs a small admin fee).
You’ll confirm your payment choice before your runner is assigned.
6. What size packages can you deliver?We can handle:
• Small items / letters (fits in a backpack).
• Shopping bags & medium parcels.
• Larger items (requires vehicle support).

7. Is it safe? Can I trust the runners?Yes ✅. Your safety and trust are our top priority:
• All runners are verified with ID, address, and photo checks.
• We provide a photo of your runner before assignment.
• You can track your order live on WhatsApp.
• We never accept illegal, unsafe, or restricted items.
8. What if my item is lost or damaged?
• My Runner coordinates services between you and independent providers.
• We will help mediate disputes fairly.
• Refunds may apply if service wasn’t completed as agreed (see Refund Policy).
• Customers are responsible for insuring high-value items.
9. Can I cancel my order?
• Before assignment → full refund.
• After assignment but before start → partial refund (provider costs deducted).
• After service begins → refund only if not completed due to provider fault.
10. What are the rules before ordering?To keep things smooth & safe:
• Provide accurate information (addresses, contact, package size, payment).
• Be polite & respectful to runners.
• Stay available on WhatsApp during your order.
• No illegal or restricted items (alcohol, tobacco, prescriptions, weapons, etc.).
11. Do you offer late-night or emergency runs?Yes 🚨 — we’re available 24/7 across London.
Late-night services (after 11:50 PM) have a £5 premium added.
12. Can I work with My Runner?Yes! We’re always hiring reliable couriers, handymen, and cleaners.
